Order Processing

After your payment is confirmed, we will process your order in 1-3 working days to check your payment, perform quality control, and pack your order. Orders can only be delivered when the full amount of payment is received and confirmed.

We will process the order on the same day after your payment is confirmed on weekdays. All confirmed orders after 3 PM will be processed on the following day. If your order is confimed on Friday, your order will be processed the Next Monday.

Your order might take longer due to the high volume of orders. We will process your order during our working days, from Monday to Friday from 10 AM – 4 PM. We ship every day from Monday to Firday, except weekend and public holidays.

 

Late Delivery & Package Lost

In the event of a late delivery, TAZA will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers (JNE Express & DHL) or a result of a customs clearance delays.

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery, so you have to inform us the details of your address included the post code.Pre-Order or Ready Stock

TAZA offers ready stock items and ready to ship to you. But our product is limited stock, so there is a possibility that we will open pre-orders if there is a lot of interest on the item.

 

Pre-Order System

Pre order items will take 3-4 weeks, 2-3 weeks for production time and the rest is quality control. In once pre-order, we will produce 300-500 pieces of abaya.

 

Maximum of Buying Items

In one purchase, one person can only buy a maximum of 3 abayas because our products are very limited.
