Complaint and Return Policy
1. Record a non-stop & non-edited unboxing video while opening the package and immediately inspect the order and product details.
2. If there are any issues (wrong color/size, thread and stitching defects missed by our quality control, and size variations beyond the tolerance limit), please report to the Admin within 48 hours of receiving the package, including the unboxing video. We do not accept any complaints, returns, or refunds for issues outside of the aforementioned conditions.
3. If you choose to returns&exchange the product you have purchased with the same product, items must be returned within 7 days from the day it received. We will send you the product you have chosen as long as the stock is available.
4. Returns of products are only permitted for the same type and it must be returned in the same condition as it is: has not had its tag removed, has not been washed, has not been worn, and has not been transferred to another party.
5. Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
6. For those using third-party services (Jasa Titip/Personal Shopper) or purchasing products for resale, please conduct a thorough inspection before sending the items to a third party. We are not responsible for issues once the items have been sent to a third party.
7. Please note that shipping cost from the customer to us will be covered by the customer, while the shipping cost of the replacement item will be covered by us. If the return is due to receiving a different product from the one that you ordered, we will cover the entire shipping cost. And for the product returns/exchange on international orders, if the return is due to our error we will cover the shipping and customs fees, but if the return is due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and customs fee.
8. We will do our best to resolve any complaints submitted according to the procedure with full responsibility, InsyaAllah.
